Chiropractic care + ART + Rehabilitation = A comprehensive treatment regime that gets you out of pain faster, increases the rate of healing, and decreases the number of office visits necessary to get you to your pre-injury status.

He has worked with many athletes in their recovery from fractures, sprains, strains, and other sports injuries. Chiropractic treatments make up about 30% of the rehabilitation process. Identifying aberrant muscle movement / recruitment patterns, muscular strength and weaknesses, and a core assessment is followed by corrective stretches and exercises that address the patient’s unique condition. Almost all patients are given this conditioning “homework” to do outside the office and thus places a substantial portion of their recovery in their own hands. The key is knowing what to do and when to do it, and that is what Dr. John helps with.
